Toney has some very impressive stats as a WR this season, but Toney took over as QB for Heritage in the playoffs against Dillard when starter Dia Bell got hurt. Bell is a Texas commit. Heritage was down 14-0 against Dillard when Bell was injured, and Toney came in to lead Heritage to a comeback victory. Toney also led Heritage to a playoff win last week.

Toney is the Nat Moore Award winner and he is the real deal. Great player, loyal teammate and a good person
