This is why I don't take guys who are almost 2 years away from signing a NLI, commit seriously.

Also probably has something to do with the performance and (lack of) development with the O-line.

He posted something about news coming soon a few days ago, welp

Not going to panic just yet since this kid's in the next recruiting cycle. Having said that, Searels IMO is the weak link here in recruiting going forward on the O-line. Doesn't matter what kind of recruiter you are when in year 3, we're seeing very little in terms of development.

OL coach needs to be firing up his resume after this season. Get the 2019 guys we can and then dump his ***.

Searles has recruited well at Miami.

Probably just wanting to get more offers and twitter followers. Product of teams negative recruiting too.
Yeah he has recruited well, he needs to stop playing some of these golden lineman though because they aren’t talented enough and get exposed far too often

He received an offer from FSU last week. Could have been the offer he was waiting for. Plus, I am sure FSU was straight negative recruiting him about Searles. Hard to fight that off with the product on the field right now.

Yet FSU is worst with better recruiting classes.

Maybe he felt the pressure from his south dade friends. But god I hope he doesn’t take francois and Washington with him. Those kids are elite

FSU's about the only school in the nation that shouldn't be commenting on Miami's O-line issues. There's are worst than ours.

We just have to realize that OL recruiting won’t be good because it is a huge weakness. These kids want to go to the league. And it doesn’t look like we can get them there

Ehhh to a certain extent, his tackle recruiting is so/so...And as of right now he definitely is not doing much about that. Tarquin has a chance to play tackle, but where are the tackles this season? If Neal doesn't come, where the tackles? And even if he does we are still light...
