Say what you want about the guy, the dude has pulled in two DT QB studs the past two years with Perry and Wiliams. I still remember the exchange that he had with CMR during the ND game on the sidelines late in the 4th quarter. I don't know how well he can coach QBs, but the guy can reel in QBs for us. When Richt took over last December, Jon went straight to Ocala to talk Perry into recommitting (which is pretty rare for a player to recommit). Thoughts?

Jon Richt is the real deal. Gets whoever the fam wants on the trail and can coach. Say what you want about Rosier but Jon made him usable enough to get road win at FSU and a double digit W season

I was pretty critical of the Rumph/Jon hires since day 1, you're right.

My criticism of Rumph was my doubt on his recruiting ability or refined skill to do that on an elite level (which up till this point has been proven correct). He's made strides and I haven't criticized Rumph since last recruiting season. Seems like he's doing an admirable job with his position group. Hats off.

I'll always be weary of the Jon boy hire.

I don't think anyone was crowning him. Enthusiasm for his recruiting ability and questions about his coaching ability would be a pretty soft crown.

I'd imagine Taisun is the same as "Tyson." Last name could go a couple different ways
