His drafts with the Dolphins were excellent though. If he had stayed another 2-3 years I bet he would've went to a SB.

Jimmy didn't suck as a Dolphins HC. The Dolphins suck as a franchise. He wasn't allowed to succeed as a Dolphin. GD some of our fans are stupid as ****.

How was he not allowed to succeed? He was allowed to do anything he wanted and draft anyone he wanted. He was allowed totrade down and draft Avery when Moss was available and several other terrible offensive picks.

He actually qualified the speech saying that is what needs to be said on Wednesday so men are prepared to practice at a higher level all week. He himself said gameday speeches are nice but they don't prepare you for a game.
