Anyone else see his intensity and fire that he coaches with? His team plays just like him. Have yet to see this from Al all year as he just paces the sidelines and our team just goes through the motions. Attitude reflects leadership.

yeah because we have never seen golden jumping up and down on sidelines, chest bumping kids, and running across the field after we beat florida.

Golden used to be very emotional on the field? Ever since the NCAA verdict it seems as though he's lost a bit of fire. It seems as though the team lost they're edge as well

How about this?

We came to play against Florida and it was after the game. Belechick is the best in the business and the respect the players have for him due to his track record allows him to be calm. When our players are playing lifeless than whose job is it to identify that and get them motivated?

This I agree. Its called leadership we have not had any in years.

I don't care if we had Ben Stein as a coach of he coaches well and we win, that's all that matters... Golden gets into it with his players... He isn't dull on the sideline... I think we reach too much when we're underachieving... We have a simple issue it's lack of production from the coaches and players... We're getting out coached and our players aren't executing... We fix those issues... That being said 9 wins is still good... Yea it's a weak schedule but we got 9 wins 2 more than last year... I haven't seen an upgrade in our on field production but we have to be patient... I still say this is a 6 year job... We'll see what happens next year...

Oh you got to give it up to Mora looks like UCLA is finally rebounding from getting dominated by Edgerrin James in 98 ( I know they have had some moderate success since then but that was an epic victory)...

Tony Dungy was the same way.......You can't be successful at this game without a rabid dog at head corch.

Oh, now Jim Mora Jr. demeanor and personality is all we're missing? Please, please. Mora proved to be an abrasive, over-his-head punk when he flamed out with the Atlanta Falcons. Lost control of Mike Vick and rest of lockerroom. Then he lasted, what, a year in Seattle. So Al just needs to turn himself into a Mora, Pelini, Muschump clone?
