Mario has also shown he’s capable of going national

If he needs to go outside Florida for receivers I think he will

But as people are saying, we need to win some games and show some life on offense that’s a given

But I feel better in general about not being left holding the bag by local guys in the future

I've been a fan of this program for roughly 40 years. I'd have to pass now. Show me an offense. Show me the guy who is going to get me the ball when it's my time.

We aren't supposed to land this type of WR right now. That's just the cold *** truth of it as things and today. Middle of the season, we better show an offense and it would be extremely helpful to see who is next after TVD.

People love to say so an so hates us. Heritage hates us. SFE hates us. Deerfield hates us. Locals hate us. The list is long. You know what they hate, the same things we as fans have hated for two decades. The product we put on the field. We want love, let's give them something to love. Until then, quit blaming recruits, schools, etc. They aren't the problem or cancer as you said, it's been us.

So we can land other 5 star players on both sides but Miami can’t land a receiver? Why? Alabama didn’t show a thing until Julio came. Bad first year. I get what you’re saying don’t get me wrong. But in order to win you need to win battles like this

I would point out that Alabama did very well recruiting SoFla WRs when Mario Cristobal was leading those efforts.

No question but my point was until they got the dudes kinda thing. And this you have to find ways to win with average players to attract players….. Butch had 15 scholarships and landed what would be 5 star players today. Mario can recruit. If Miami shows a pulse, I think we can continue to build this thing

And I wasn't contradicting anything you said, I was just pointing out that it's an area where Mario HAS had past success, and could point to those particular players to offset some of the negative narrative around himself.

Which I'm sure he does personally, so maybe my point was more to "the CIS posters".

We have the talent and variation of skill sets in the WR room, as well as dynamic TEs and RBs to have a top 3 offense in the ACC and top 25 minimum nationally in Dawson's scheme. With the OL as well we simply have no excuses. Execute and all these offseason friction go out the window.

Look I get it we are going to have to prove it on the field. But here is also a fact - it's not like we have gone 20 years without having good WR play. It's also not like these other schools were required to prove some godly passing attack before they were able to land these top South Florida WRs. Were the schools like Alabama winning? Yes. Is that what the requirement for us is or is it just to have a great passing attack? We have to win and have some godly WR production for these guys down here to give us the time of day lol. Down here there is just this ridiculous double standard. And honestly I think it does have at least a little do with these "coaches"/leeches who are in it purely to make money off these high schoolers.

Also Nobody needs a translator for a grown *** man who is a 7v7 "coach" calling Nick Saban his literal Daddy. Dude is proud to be a sugar baby using high schoolers to suck from daddy saban ****y. The problem is in doing these type of dudes are doing whatever they can to kick Miami down, because if we get our local guys how are they gunna get that money....

I agree 1000 F’ING% Those SEC offense’s were PRE F’ING HISTORIC and they still landed top notch receivers/offensive skill players. **** LSU offense was trash and they still landed D BOWE. Remember that BAMA V LSU game? Was it like 9-6 BAMA and the SEC ****SUCKING PUNDITS. Sat on live TV and literally clamored/cried for the rematch. Although BAMA won 21-0 its was all runs by Trent Trash Richardson. Those teams never had to prove anything MODERN or INNOVATIVE. Wasnt until those spread teams started taking Saban’s lunch money. Did he think to MODERNIZE.
