I don’t know any of guys at SFE but I’m familiar with the 7v7 scene. I do think a couple of their coaches are just goofy on social media but I take it as immature. That being said, doesn’t Chance play for SFE? Why are people still upset with them? We also got Ray Ray last year too.

Coaches didn't like them?

People gotta have boogeyman though. We've been our own, but hopefully that changes.

What reason have we given them in the last 20?

Also, in case you haven't missed it, some SFE kids have stopped by on their own. So what's your point?
Bama has had like one more WRs drafted than us in the last 20 years btw. Such a rich WR history before Amari Cooper chose to go there lol.

Look when you got one of the coaches LITERALLY calling Saban "Daddy", that's A) Weird and B) no like Really ******* weird and C) Shows they're part of the problem.

And again this may not apply to everyone in the 7v7 scene, but there certainly are a bunch of leeches that use these kids for money, and when they try to extort Miami for the privilege of having their players who are all local on Campus, it's lame. There's more than just WRs on these 7v7 teams too.

Not gonna quote anybody because i was in this thread earlier and said my piece but something is doing my head in. Yes Miami been bad for 20 years, the local, kids seen it, the national kids see it. Cristobal comes in, the program start spending, the national kids see it, the local kids see it. The national buy into what Cristobal is selling and the local kids are skeptical. Thats why we can get multiple 5 stars from OOS, last class and might be in for more from out of state. Why is that? Well the national kids didnt have man from SFE and other handlers telling them how bad Miami is, they been doing it since Al Golden era. Thats why its hard to sell them a vision, because of orgs like SFE and others, they just prominent now. The poison thats been sprinkled on Miami for years down here. We spending, we on NIL, we building outa space facilities. OOS kids see it and say yup, no results yet but they serious. They spending like Texas, Texas A&M, Ohio, Bama. Results will come.

The local kids nope, we not gonna help, fix it first. And thats because they been poisoned. Man on here spread some of it themselves. My problem is, i understood all that with Manny and before but dont act like its the same thing when Miami doing all the things off the field we were not doing pre Mario. Shemar Stewart went to Texas A&M to go 5-7 in Jimbo 5th year, just like Miami in Mario first. But its all ok.

And thats why am glad we going national. Fook em who dont see the vision and love the ones who do. We should cancel the visit.

We're on a trajectory as a program that won't be influenced by 1 or 2 local receivers. Let's evaluate and find guys who can be effective in our system then develop them.

How about the last 8, when maybe a current recruit could've maybe been cognizant enough to remember seeing them play? Also, how about a round drafted comparison?

It was weird, no doubt. Corny, cheese, an inside joke between them, or who knows what. I don't really care either way as there's so much dumb **** on social media snd at least half of you need a translator.

7 on 7, AAU, travel baseball, etc is what it is. Some are better than others and there's some good people who enjoy doing it while providing an opportunity for young players to progress. Like any entity, it's an opportunity to make money. Do some have their hand out, absolutely. Good luck though finding out which ones cause we get some players from these so called dirty coaches.

We've had plenty of SFE players on campus. So are we paying them or are they coming voluntarily? If it's the latter, doesn't that kind of shoot down your theory? How did they allow that to happen? Now if you're talking about a school funding a trip to wherever, that **** has been going on forever. Nothing new to see there.

Bro YOU were the one that has been repeatedly saying last 20 lol not me. Dawson has been OC and/or WR coach for Tank Dell, Marquez Stevenson, Mike Thomas, Tavon Austin, Stedman Bailey, and Kevin White. Who has Tommy Rees who is now OC at ND produced? Is Tank Dell more relevant right now than that WR?

Look I get it we are going to have to prove it on the field. But here is also a fact - it's not like we have gone 20 years without having good WR play. It's also not like these other schools were required to prove some godly passing attack before they were able to land these top South Florida WRs. Were the schools like Alabama winning? Yes. Is that what the requirement for us is or is it just to have a great passing attack? We have to win and have some godly WR production for these guys down here to give us the time of day lol. Down here there is just this ridiculous double standard. And honestly I think it does have at least a little do with these "coaches"/leeches who are in it purely to make money off these high schoolers.

Also Nobody needs a translator for a grown *** man who is a 7v7 "coach" calling Nick Saban his literal Daddy. Dude is proud to be a sugar baby using high schoolers to suck from daddy saban ****y. The problem is in doing these type of dudes are doing whatever they can to kick Miami down, because if we get our local guys how are they gunna get that money....

So you want to compare apples to apples though and find some correlation between Bama WR's and us? ****, we'd have to go back to their pops age to find some good ones they may have heard of. Yes, I have said 20 but besides us fans, have we given them anyone in their lifetime to like?

You're right, we don't have to have a godly passing attack, but even average would be an improvement. We've been aweful here. Even if we had a good player, the OC sucked. When the OC was decent, we lacked a QB, OL, or any combo of the above. It's just been a mess. How long has it been since we had an offense that impressed.

We're mostly in agreement though. Hope you have a great night!

I'd say SFE has been a cancer AND UM football has been a cancer. Otherwise agree with most of this. We need to handle our business on the field and give them fewer reasons/excuses to say no.

But some of those SFE handlers can absolutely get lost...

...in a burning house.

Different kinds of cancer.

Like getting prostate cancer and breast cancer at the same time.

Rare, but it can happen...

After watching Elija Lofton score 5 TD’s against Hollywood Chaminade, I’m different when it comes to Trader and Smith.

Yes, they are elite and, yes, we should recruit them.

At the same time, we are adding some FOOTBALL PLAYERS and WINNERS. Guys who have tape WHIPPING their asses.

Okay, I’m done.
