That's not even close to being true.

According to PFF he's been the best freshman OL in the ACC. Also the only freshman OL to win ACC POTW I'm pretty sure.

Just because he's not 1st team All-ACC this year doesn't mean he's been mediocre

PFF isn't the most reliable source.

The eye test tells you he's been up and down. At times he'll dominate and then he'll get his **** pushed in. As the season has gone on, unfortunately, it's been more of the latter as he seems to have worn down. Hopefully he can catch a second wind.
 
Getting back to Williams, if Richt is trying to plan commits for maximum exposure/momentum, I’d expect Williams to pull the trigger Sunday night/Monday.

If we beat Clemson, we’ll be announced as a playoff team Sunday and him committing will continue that positive vibe.

If we lose to Clemson, getting a 4 star QB the next day will help (somewhat) the negativity that will ensue.

I’m seriously so surprised how negatively people are reacting to what I said. Christ if I said something like that about Malik people would be loving it right now.

I don't know anything about grading o-line players, but the second half of that argument doesn't make any sense. You're grouping one player in with how the entire o-line has performed. That's like saying "Robert Knowles is really good. I mean look at how well our defense is performing!" It's a non sequitur.

Donaldson has been a below average performer this year in my eyes.

I personally don’t think Searles is a very good coach and my point being the entire offensive line hasn’t look very good as a whole.

Donaldson has looked exactly as he was advertised, potential to be dominant but also a true freshman. It’s never a good thing when you have freshmen starting let alone along the trenches.
 
Donaldson has been very good now he's also been up and down but he's 18 he just has that going against him but with the right development **** be an all conference lineman next season

Wasn't Donaldson walking around with his right foot in a boot like 6 weeks ago? He looks like a kid who is pushing through a nagging injury for his team. And even then, he's still hands down our best guard... as a true freshman. Some people are just absurd on here.

I can't figure out the reason why Williams would wait if its a done deal like Pete and others are saying. What's the point in delaying?

Supposedly is shooting a commitment video. Will commit as soon as it's done, which should be any day.

I mean kids usually commit when they wanna commit, not when we want them to.
