Maybe someone sees something that I don’t, but after watching his tape + the offer list, it’s a no from me. Not as Plan B, C, or D.

Not going to say this is indicative of the current state of DB recruiting, but we can do much better than this if we’re going for under-the-radar prospects. If we’re grabbing a tiny corner, he better be elite.

I don't think so. The Duke visitors list is full of under the radar recruits at most positions. Just probably doing due diligence and/or building relationships with high schools.
