Heard he's no longer at LSu.. my I remember when they board was ready to kill RS for not taking his commitment. Crazy how things turn out in the world of recruiting. :neonu:

FIu is quietly becoming the next usf..

They definitely could build some talent there..

FIU is becoming dangerous...unfortunately for them, its not on the football field.....

I think this was a great pickup for FIU. He will fit right in with the type of offense that they run and will be able to get some carries in and help take some burden off Kendrick Rhodes in a couple of years

Gore sucks, how are they building talent?

Gore doesn't suck LSU was the wrong offense for him
why didn't we take him

not sure but we need to ask RS why he didn't take Gore and a ton of other guys

I would have taken Gore over D. Hall

On grassy, someone said that gore waited too long to commit and that we ended up taking 4 backs that year (Clements, Storm, Hall and Hagens). I also initially assumed that RS did not offer but based on this info, that is wrong. He played the waiting game and lost his spot

I don't think RS ever offered Gore - he was a victim of a RS size requirement. Gore was too small. He wanted to come badly but never got an offer. I always preferred him to Clements myself - I think he could put up big numbers at FIU.

How quickly you dumbazzes forget Trindin Holliday at LSU he was 5'8 180 pounds and was a focal point of their offense. They changed offensive coordinators and got out of that. Gore wasnt stupid he got caught in a coaching change philosophy

Holliday was never the focal point of LSU offense. He was a great punt/kick return guy. i think he was even smaller then 5'8 180

Calling people dumbazzes and you were wrong about everything. smh

A) Holliday runs a 4.3 on a bad day.
B) He was never the focal point of their offense. His senior year he had 21 carries lol.
C) Trindon Holliday was actually 5'4" 150 while he was at LSU. True story.
