This is what this once great football program has turned into....

Al Golden and Dorito deflects blame at everybody else, and so the players do the same. smh pathetic

Golden takes blame, it's Coach Dip**** that doesn't. I've never heard a more arrogant piece of ****. He throws the kids under the bus in every interview. It's amazing that he's allowed to get away with it.

Al's deflecting. Like somebody else said (I believe it was Franchise) he's built up so much goodwill that at this point he's untouchable. He knows the defense is **** and he knows that his boyfriend would get the brunt of the criticism, more than he's getting right now, unless he stepped in and took the blame. So that's what he's doing. All that put the blame on me **** is just him taking the bullets for his boytoy.
 
Koresh always says, "blame me" or some dumb canned **** like that. It comes off completely disingenuous because in the next sentence, he talks about guys busting assignments and starts rattling off all kinds of other nonsense.

Koresh is a politician, so he knows the "blame me" **** is what the fans/constituents want to hear. It makes them all warm and fuzzy inside because they have a leader who takes responsibility. Since I got de-programmed, I don't give a fck what that big dope says. I only care about what he does. Deeds not words.

He's a purported defensive specialist? This is his defense, so he should step up and fix his defense. We shouldn't have to be blaming our HC in year 3 for getting his **** pushed in by stalwarts like UNC, Weak Florist, Vag Tech, and Puke. Instead, we should be praising our HC for buttfcking those shtty teams in year 3.

He says he wants the blame, but he doesn't. You guys have seen him shrinking week by week. He's beleaguered, and I don't think he's built for this.

he always says blame me but it seems like its just to get interviewers to stop talking about players because he never actually says i need to change the game plan or that he intends to

He didn't see his family since Thursday of the VT week and through the weekend. I wonder if he's still seen them.

When Al Golden does "blame" himself he does it to come off like the righteous one who is trying to save his team from scrutiny..... but i can tell it's just bs b/c as soon as he loses he starts whining about how "this team is still rebuilding and i said that weeks ago but you all didnt listen."

rebuilding and losing to Duke, on top of losing to Duke by 18 is 3 different things... so who is really showing accountability?

To this day I've never heard D'Onofrio take blame for anything. It's always the guys didn't do this, the guys didn't do that, if they had stuck to their gap this and gap that. Blah Blah Blah. Waiting for the day for him to say it's on me, I take blame. It's always Al at the podium saying he'll take the heat because he's the head coach. No Al your butt buddy needs some fire to be lit under his ***. Stop standing at the podium about it's all on you and kick him in the nuts already. Coaches like Saban, Meyer, etc. would have punched D'Onofrio in the face already.

I agree. Eye in the Sky is beginning to become intolerable.

As if we didn't see the first 300 threads about how bad Coach D is. Keep it up, and we'll have Grassy v2.
