When people bad mouth Duke. Not about his play but the guy at the game next to me was like "that kid has no heart he's always hurt" I wanted to hit him in the mouth. That kid has done so much for us. If he never sets foot on the feild again we are much better for having him. Get well soon 8.

They wouldn't say that about Gurley would they?

Much respect to for this post, ATL-BRAD. Kid bleeds orange and green and is a **** of a player. If only we had a team with Duke's heart and talent, we would never lose. Porsters and stupid fans are gonna porst and act a fool.

Ignorant, Duke has more heart then anyone, is a terrific talent and wonderful young man.

Kid has tremendous heart and will be sorely missed! I mean, he was on pace for about 1400 rushing yards this season... that's a ton of production we will miss!

Hope for a speedy recovery!

I agree entirely with the OP. Its one thing to say Duke isn't a very durable RB and no one would argue with that point. But this BS that he's soft is total horse crap. The guy probably has more heart than anyone on the team and if he could play injured he would.

I hate when people say he checked out after the injury as if to imply he quit, Fu*k that noise.

The fact he he didn't play after a concussion in the UNC game was a decision left to the coaches and training staff, not Duke's.

One of the best recruit we ever had. Never waivered and truly stood behind his "dream school" claim. Duke is AWESOME...no doubt. Beat VPI

I don't think Miami fans take him for granted, he is clearly a fan favorite. There is always going to be "that guy" that bad mouths the best player in every fan base.

James Coley uses him like Marrone was trying to use CJ Spiller earlier this year. On every single down and mostly between the tackles, rather than in space. Not the same exact type of player, but in any event, this abject misuse better be a rookie mistake. **** can't hack it (pun intended for that Buffalo OC).

Coley has taken unfair heat for a lot of Morris' irregularly irregular play, but dude has earned it in that he has diminished a massive weapon now down to zero for the rest of the season. I swear, the average IQ of a coordinator is like 77. 52 carries 1.75 games after a concussion. SMH.

Sad thing is, that's on pace for 1400 yards while leaving games early for us being up by a wide-margin in the first quarter of the season as well as getting "nicked" up. Hopefully he comes better next year. Get well Duke!
