Reading about how bama has a separate building for football ops that few people have access to. No one knows how many people actually work in it or how much they get paid. It’s supposed the be for people to break down film. Yeah right on saban allowing a bunch of twenty something bama diehards advise him and his coaches about film. For some of those who served, are in the legal or corporate fields you all know that those who have information or the means to manipulate it hold a huge advantage over everyone else. If you have team of people dedicated to follow and can manipulate a recruit’s social media as well as the competition’s message boards; then you have a huge advantage over a very impressionable age group. That’s the ultimate chess and not checkers. This site is a treasure trove for the competition. Best thing to do is to keep silent or better yet disseminate false information. So it’s a possibility that some of you may not be who you say you are. I started thinking about this when Pete said the staff will talk to no one about DT recruiting which is pretty brilliant and very telling.

Trolls and misinformation spreaders get banned, or at least outed, pretty quick on message boards. Most of us don’t really pay attention unless the source is known or has a track record.

Your scenario is a much bigger problem IRl.

I think it is more likely that we start to see limits on support staff sizes. There is a lot of angst from the majority throughout CFB about the size of the support staff at schools like Alabama.

If there is a limit on the number of on field coaches, the number of S&C coaches, and the number of graduate assistants, there should be a limit on the number of support staff too.
