Tried searching old threads on this kid but they were all from the old url. Was this a case of Carter funneling kids to OSU, or is he a second generation Buckeye or something.

He was soured on um from his jr yr at sta when he came to a um camp won mvp on the dline and didn't get an offer from UM. He felt he was entitled but UM knew better so he was bound for OOSS. Its south fla so we can.find another.
