No its not. But getting comp drinks and chicken fajitas from Pollo Tropical can get your program shutdown for 3 years.

Its the "win at all cost" code that the SEC goes by. Whenever there is large amounts of money involved in something, you can rest assured folks aren't playing by the rules. And they can't go after one school when they all are dirty. The top people at Auburn probably said "Look, you can try to take us down, but we got dirt on Lsu, Bama, UF. So if you want this to blow up and lose your SEC dividend's, go ahead." NCAA is not about to cut off that cash faucet.

I'm sure a program that tolerates 7 arrests a year is squeaky clean in terms of NCAA violations. I mean, sure, their players like using dead chicks credit cards, but I'm sure when offered cash to sign they said "no sir, that's against NCAA bylaws"

Could be worse, one of their ex-player could be suspect for murder... Oh wait, that happened too

Nah, the NCAA don't care about crimes, they only care about maintaining their organized slavery organization and the profits that befall the institutions that truly run a muck of the rules and are untouchable.
