In home with Cyrus ***an tonight

The fact that they are allowing Banda the opportunity to go in home I guess is a good sign. That said, I think chances of a flip here are slim.

Can someone confirm the tornado threat in the area??

Keep FSU on the defensive. All Banda has to do is follow through with the in-home and have the recruit consider an OV. That will keep FSU's recruiting resources defending an otherwise solid commit instead of going on the offensive to either steal our commits or make headway with our targets.

While I hope we see the results on NSD, I'm happy to see a professional coaching staff in action.

This is definitely a tactic some schools use plus it lends itself to leaving no doors open, which I like.

Agree with this. Make Jimbo and CKelly do a little work here. Im sure they assumed we had given up on ***an. But like I said in another thread, if you are a FS and have any kind of range and tackling ability and you are looking at our depth chart and cant see that you can be the starter Day 1 not sure why you wouldnt give us a look see.

Its a long shot but we have been on him since the beginning so its not like he has no idea who we are. He and Banda have a relationship.

And adding to this..If you are a defensive recruit, who the **** wouldnt want to play with Shaq, McCloud, Pinckney, Joe Jackson, and Malik Young for the next 2-3 years? They are proven studs and they are young and ready to dominate.

Glad the staff is taking a swing even though it's a long shot, but doesn't this cut both ways? We're keeping fsu busy defending a solid commit, but we're busy chasing a guy who won't flip. This only makes sense if we have a larger staff, and we don't. I'm assuming Banda actually thinks he's got a shot or he wouldn't waste the time.

The Panda vs Charles Kelly?

Get him on campus. As long as he doesn't recruit against us he is okay in my book. We know it's a long shot. Still got to swing!

I thought I read in another thread (maybe it was Pete?) that we pretty much moved on from him?

Seams like every year Jimbo purposely trolls Miami or UF with a recruit. Would not be surprised if this is Jimbo's weak *** attempt.

Jimbo wasn't trolling us, he didn't have to troll us, we sucked at recruiting and our schemes sucked.

If we send Banda for an in-home, they may have to send Jimbo for an in-home to close along with whomever else for an in-home before Jimbo. For FSU, that's time and resources spent on a guy that's supposed to be in the bag instead of uncommitted targets and reaches. We're sacrificing a Pawn/Knight for a Rook or a Bishop.

FSU consists of something more than a two man tag team. This conspiracy theory is a bunch of made up crap.
