Just got home from the game. I sat with Bookie's Dad and Uncle at the game. More on him in a second.

Ill say this, IMG OL is trash and poorly coached. Whoever #70 is shouldnt have a scholarship, he got Art killed on a play. But the entire line just plays soft with slow feet. And the Offensive Calling by IMG is trash.

Now on Bookie. I pretty much sat with his folks all game and talked about his recruitment. Also Bookie was the player on the field.

A few recruiting nuggets on Bookie. Early on He had heavy interest in Miami and LSU but his pops straight up told me he didnt fit their prototype. Nebraska is in the picture but judging how their family reacted, I highly doubt he ends up there. According to the Uncle, he REALLY likes Florida. Based on the Conversation I had with his pops and uncle, I would say his Top 5 is USC, Michigan, Clemson, Alabama, Florida.

Do not be shocked if he commits to Michigan. The family wants him at USC but they said if there is any OOS school they want him to go to, its Michigan.

By the way, what his family wants is for him to play with tj & Brian. That was the original plan & why all of them followed Brian down. To see how acclimated they could get to being away from home & the humidity... I talked about that last year that img was about to become our pipeline. We still are doing great there. But we're talkin like 7 this year. Them bookie started taking money & boosting up tj on that ****. Soon as we found out about it we dropped any thoughts bout bookie & moved on from tj. That was when we got the rush at rb...Bookie selfish nonsense ****ed all that up.

Bad as that oline play is hrs never snaps on them or calls them out. He's always encouraging them and he's leading by example. Kid is definitely tough. He's getting rocked every game. I have noticed my initial assessment of hes either short arming his throws or not opening his hips out of fear of getting hit is the case. He's starting to get gun shy. That's not good at all. Takes awhile to correct that in a qb as it's a mental issue primarily. That line simply has no cohesion

So you're saying that OL is fvckin up his development. That sucks. I'm glad to read that you are open-minded with the kid. That is a great trait to have to be able to constantly reassess the situation and, if need be, adjust your viewpoint. Thanks for the info as always!! I love that Hightower kid!

If you Saw his OL up here in NJ last year .. he should be used to it...

He is a very very tough kid though. Seen him take some shots.. but keeps gettin up like nothing

I'm not someone that lets my experiences sway me. Only issue I habe with him is personal outside of his game & it pertains to how he handled things with our recruits over a very stupid issue. More is expected out of a kid than that. Far as his game goes he's a high school kid that is going through growing pains. He's trying to develop his game. Week in & week out I do see him maturing. Just not sure his game will ever mature to the level of a starting um qb. However i do see what richt sees POTENTIALLY in him. Alot of similarities to aaron Murray. Doesn't at all mean his physical game will ever reach that level but they play alike.

Dee I think his becoming gunshy is kind of what happened to Kaaya.I remember when he first got to the U he seemed to stand in and take shot after shot but stood there and got the throw off.
Because our Oline was so bad this went on for a couple years until I just think he said I'm just gonna make sure I survive this and started ducking for cover early.And then that shot in the mouth he took at FSU was the icing on the cake.Also a reason I don't think he wanted to run.

Tough or not a kid can only take so many shots before it speeds up their clock and they start to feel pressure when there ain't any.Ill bet his parents,and maybe even Richt might wish he'd have gone somewhere that might have helped him develope cause it won't happen here with that trash play calling and even trashier Oline .Kid just trying to make it through the year in one piece.

Mater dei I'd probably agree with but the others wouldn't stand a chance. Running game alone would beat all of them & it's far too strong. B is playing like he's top 3 in the country right now. He's a complete receiver who can do it all. People fail to realize that because of what he's asked to do at img. Bookie has already went to the highest bidder. Unless they're suddenly willing to take it all back than the rest is a moot point. His mother is the one who calls the shots.

I agree.STA offense is as bad as IMG...But Mater Dei is gonna bust their *** and AH will beat them too imo...that offense is horrrrr-I-ble.

And that little RB for Centennial and their Oline ,probably 20lbs+ a man lighter was pushing their Dline all over.
