Yessir we need to recognize how lucky we are Richt decided to coach again and not take time off!

Coach bandz may be our best recruiter on staff. Besides CMR.
 
Amazing class in under a month (full staff wasn't on until dead period started so Jan 13 things went into high gear).

people on here will blame Richt and rumph if byrd bolts to tennessee but that's a unique situation with CFA living with him and Golden and co. stopping recruitment of CFA

no complaints on my behalf, We need mcwilliams though if byrd bolts. Richt completely dominated on the WR trail. Kept bruce, getting richards tomorrow, got williams, and probably another is a top tier WR class

Think we take McWilliams even if Byrd sticks with us. Our depth isn't very good at the CB position
 
Biggest position of need was CB, and looks like we struck out there honestly. Young is a nickel imo. Still holding hope on Byrd for now and Shyheim Carter tomorrow.

Got us a legit safety. Locked in Bethel, McCloud, & Bruce. Got a project on OT (high ceiling imo) and DT, and got Richards.

But as long as we are coached better, idc. Recruiting will take care of itself next year if we win. Just going to be really ****ed on the Byrd situation if he ends up a volunqueer

Think CMR & staff doing a good job in short time. But no crown just yet, how bout we play some football first?
 
Oh yeah I completely forgot Malek Young, another all american Richt snagged!. I think he will be a great Nickel or even transition to play Safety some day

There's a chance Young becomes our nickel back the second he steps on campus. If we miss out on Byrd, he'll be the #3 CB on the roster by default. Jackson hasn't shown anything and Mayes is straight up basura.
 
team needs corners, malek young will be a corner but need more. id like to see 2 more, that said id like to get mcwilliams or carter. it doesn't look good but u never know.

We got Malek young dont forget he's an all American
Byrd loss hurts for sure but I think we'll be okay for next year as long as we have some studs coming 2017 and richt pulls McWilliams or some other depth player this year last min


I know Finley is a safety but that was a major pull in less than a month and Malek young will help the secondary as well. Much better than a month ago at least
 
I'm not ruling out Carter. He seems like a true 3 and out player.. has 2 kids. Maybe he wants the quickest way to start and get to the NFL and that is obviously here. Can't rule out avoiding Ole Miss due to allegations and Bama for the depth chart.

We'll see.

Redwine is legit. The coaching staff raved about Mike Jackson in fall camp, granted it was Golden and co, but I really thought he was better than Redwine coming out of HS. Rumph said he likes long corners (like himself is what he said) and Redwine and Jackson fit that. I saw him possibly being a Gunter type, playing safety/corner due to depth but adding Finley and probably Jeff James at safety should keep him a corner.

Young is a good corner and I expect us to add Pierre and possibly Carter (I hope) or another guy like McWilliams.
