Most certainly serious. When I was at the Rose, leading up to the game every single Nebraska fan (there were a shot ton of them) I spoke to didn't expect to win. So why is it that some, not all obviously, won't say the same when we look to be up against the wall?
I've heard this many times through the years, but what's the reasoning behind not picking against Miami even if it looks like we have no shot?
I can understand not betting against us, but not when predicting a win or loss.
So what gives?
1. Those corn holes had little faith because this is their coach...
2. What the deuce is a shot ton?

Can anyone read lips
There's a difference between thinking we might lose to a better team like fsu and seemingly openly gloating about the possibility of losing like so many purported UM fans do. You look like a weak cumbag when you go into a game openly shuddering about how UM is going to get worked.
Some dudes are cut out differently. Some guys go into everything thinking of losing in order to cushion the blow in case they do lose. Some of us know we have plenty of holes and have been really bad/mediocre for a long time, but once that ball goes in the air, I think UM is going to win.
