After all we went through in the mid 90s, we got hit with Lack of institutional control again. We had a run of horrible football, and worse coaches. We should be thankful we still have a viable football program. Shalala recovered nicely, but the decisions of her administration in regards to football for 9 years almost made the football program extinct.
