I read that Brisly

I would ultimately be very surprised if he's offered, but I hope for the best for him

The more I read from the kid the more my heart wants him to get an offer. In a bigger class, his ST ability alone would get him in. But with schollies limited, I'm not sure he's good enough at receiver to justify it.

Like the fact the kid has worked and worked attempting to get that offer. Numbers just seem to tight right now. We still need to bring in guys at S, LB, DT, and OL.

Thats not counting the stud guys at positions we dont need who may want in (Coley, Hargreaves, Alexander, Cunningham, Kearse.....). Just hope it doesnt affect how Bryant looks at us.

I may have missed it in another thread, but what about his game do we not like? I know he has blazing speed.

With offers out to Cunningham, Kearse, and Kermit.....how do we have room? That's not even counting Coley who is probably the best of the bunch. We can't take more than 2-3 tops.

I'd be fine with just taking Louis, WR isn't a big need.

I don't think it's anything against him personally, I just think people are worried about the small number of ships we have for next year. Most believe we should take only 1, maybe 2 WRs this class after taking quite a few in 2012... And since we are presumably in the running for top notch prospects such as Coley, Cunningham, Kearse and even Kermit, which seem to all be rated a little bit higher than Brisly by posters here, it seems like despite Estime being a pretty good player and looking like he wants to play here, he might be left out of this class simply because of the numbers...

according to his twitter we didn't offer him and are waiting to see his senior year if we want to change our minds.. good move by the staff

Pretty obvious he wasn't gonna get that offer. If they wanted him, they would have given it to him right then and there. Not wait a week to speak with the coaches.

I don't know about that. I think they wanted to see the complete run of camps to decide. But at the end of the day, makes sense to wait on him. If he has a good season, we can still offer. But with limited spots, don't need to make that call now.

Only playing one game this season - too old. Agree we should wait to offer him.

+1
We're waiting on others... He's old and he's only playing 1 game...
