This is just a mopey, I’m sad in this moment so I’m going to be ultra negative take. None of those teams could sign a top 5 class, ever. Like even if they ramped up their NIL above everyone, they couldn’t do it.

For whatever reason, we can and have under Mario. We just also happen to have a coach that loves to lose 1-3 games per year that he shouldn’t.

Let him stack the roster and build back our reputation over the next few years with 10 win seasons (no one is going to remember how we finished, they’ll just see the number 10), realize that’s his ceiling, move on after he loses another inexcusable few games, and bring in our Kirby or Lanning. (Realizing this may be overly optimistic but I think this is how it plays out).

What is the difference between those programs and Miami over last 15years? How are we no different from them?
