Rumph is not leaving his alma mater for **** Temple when he's in a dream region for defensive backs. Nobody ripping this move knows **** except they hate Richt and anything he does but in a year if the defense keeps balling nobody will remember they were mad now

They have not coached for a decade. Rumph has more coaching experience easily.

In the long-term, Rumph is probably better suited for the NFL as he appears to be a good coach but terrible recruiter.

Can't recruit any worse than Rumph so that's probably a net positive.
