I have Jury Duty on Tuesday...

Gonna need some reading material for when I go (besides Playboy or High Times).
Naturally I'm looking for some 'Cane related suggestions... anyone have any?

Also, I saw this book (Cane Mutiny) at the book store the other day and almost bought it... for those that have read it, is it any good?

Quite frankly, the very fact that you haven't read it yet makes me question your Caneness. Yes, buy it. Buy it now.

I will make a trip to the mall tomorrow and stop off at the bookstore and nab me a copy then!

Decent book, typical sports related material. As a fan of the program, it's basically a must read.

Before you get selected, the opposing attorneys usually ask you a few questions. One is whether or not you know or know anything about the defendant. All you gotta do is say, no, but if he wasn't guilty, he wouldn't be there.

You'll be dismissed.

When I was younger and in practice my county gave an automatic exception to practicing physicians, so I never served on a jury. I have been called once since I retired and move up to the Orlando area. Showed up in my mobility scooter and they couldn't get rid of me fast enough.

Honestly show up and act like you have anxiety issues.
Saw it once on Matlock!

Lol that's brilliant

Tell them you always knew you'd be good at jury duty cause you can tell if somebody's guilty just by looking at them.

Just finished the book! Simply blown away by it and it brought back such memories... from Jimmy running up the score on Notre Dame to drunk Dennis Erickson puking on the floor of the mens room at the PGA tour. The Canes attitude was just... well... swag! I can't believe its just basically 10 years difference from the 2001 team to this one... I can read on twitter today from some of the players and for the most part all I see is "I wuv you hunny bunny" and other similar stuff....could you imagine if twitter was available to Melvin Bratton or Lamar Thomas back in the day...

Anyway... thanks for the recommendations. I will have to re-read it again in the future.
