Saban has had 10 coaches become P5 coaches directly after leaving his program. Jimbo Fisher had a little success too. And Mark Dantonio is an excellent coach. So that's 3 successful coaches. Kirby, Fisher, and Dantonio. One of those won multiple titles, the other is a perennial playoff contender. And then Cristobal is doing pretty well at Oregon. So 4 out of 10 "successful" coaches. 40% ain't bad. Want to know how many P5 coaches came from Richts tree?

Even if the runs are initially unsuccessful, you just can't completely abandon the run game. You have to keep trying to find a way to get your excellent RB Dallas more chances. As he demonstrated, he can make something out of nothing.
