Colby looks like he will benefit tremendously from the competition at UM. Big kid at 6'3" and 200 pounds and quick with a 4.52 time (not sure where the 4.4 number came from). Didn't play against high level competition but is the all time leader at WR in receiving yards in the State of Idaho with over 1700. So he has demonstrated that he has size, decent speed, and can catch. Now can he do it against a higher level of defensive competition? His brother might be more of a safety. (according to Blustein). Best of luck to him. Nothing like adding a big bodied, fast kid with a history of catching the ball, who is hungry, and is willing to pay his own way for the opportunity to compete.
