I see on Rivals that they have an article on him being as a potential safety for the U if Jobe bails. Don't believe I've heard him discussed much here.

I get click bait, nonetheless figured I'd ask for those that know him as a player.

He was discussed in november a good bit...De-commited form FSU, as on now looks like he likes scott frost and will follow him to Neb if we don't take him.

He is a nice replacement for Jobe imo, and really like that he could be used as a rover in that 4-2-5 role if those rumors are true.

This kid looks pretty good, he looks fast enough maybe to play safety. I dunno man theres got to be more on the safety board over him, the only thing is like posters above this is the speed. Jobe really fuqed us

No idea if he's a player or not, but things would have to go poorly for us to get to him so I hope we don't get there
 
Keidron looks faster, more athletic and close to same size. I think the staff is on him as the replacement , and he looks really good to me

Huggins looks like the rich mans version of Randy Russell. He's got the size to grow into that slb/rover role.
 
Bet the same people saying Huggins is too slow, were the same that said Derek Smith couldnt play here either.

When you find yourself saying this he is disqualified in my book.
AR was fast in HS but he not really a burner in college.
Dude is not fast enough to be here. That 4.5 speed don't match up with his highlights.
He kinda reminds me of Derrick Smith.

Don't get Sean Taylor Syndrome where you think any Safety thats 6'3 is going to be the next Sean Taylor.

I think Smith is faster then Huggins but Smith got ABUSED vs Clemson after he came in for Bandy.
Also Derrick Smith hasn't shown anything thus far that would justify him not being slow or fast really.

Smith is a Freshman he will get better.

I dont even like the Smithkid that much either, Huggin I dont know man. I was wrong about D smith last year he looked good so well see

He looks really smooth to me, like it's effortless. 6'2 180 cb playing S at the next level is good imo.

The staff is taking a "project" of a chance...IMO... must be the full game eye test???..the only proof of speed is his 4.72 40 ....he's not running anybody down at FS nothing on film proves he can..IMO....at 180 lbs his film doesn't look physical enough to play in the box early in his career at Miami....Huggins ran a 4.61 already 200 lbs and film shows more physicality....IMO

Huggins is a kid the staff will recruit til the end in case they miss on their top targets.Right now we only have Ivey and Blades coming in at cb if Rumph can't close on another 1 or 2 cbs then Frierson moves to cb and Huggins takes his spot at safety.If Mike Jackson leaves and we miss on guys like Campbell and Jobe we might need another grad transfer cb for next season.
 
I think “ if “ needs to be removed from any statement regarding Jobes decommittment And “ now that he has” needs to be inverted....
