Brewster drove the gophers program a decade backwards. I had season tix near the tail end and thru the Jerry Kill regime but when they hired Kill's OC as the head coach I said ***** this crap. I was giving away half the tix anyways cuz of conflicts with Miami games. Nice stadium and hopefully Fleck can do something there.

Minnesota native here and lifelong canes fan (and passive gopher fan by default I guess?)... The Gophers are full of players from the old regime and it doesn't gel well with Fleck and what he wants to do right now. If they get some decent skill players and a QB who can get a QBR above a 10 then they'll be in good shape.
Summary: gonna take a cycle or two to get them back to being decent. This year might be a tooth and claw battle for bowl eligibility
