How many good offenses has Alabama faced?

All year long, I've heard ESPN fall over themselves over Bama's D. Most of the SEC teams I've seen them face were abysmal on offense. Would of been interesting if Sam Darnold was starting for USC when they played.

I guess we'll see in the playoffs how good it is when they face teams that can run and pass efficiently.

Hard to really judge them off of one game, but Ole Miss is about it. Their defense looked anything but dominate in that game; it was borderline terrible. Hope they play Washington in the playoffs, should be a great matchup.

They will likely get Washington. Ohio State should be 4th for not winning their conference, but the committee will use any excuse to do what they can to optimize ratings. Strength of schedule is likely what they'll hide behind.

Not necessarily. For sake of ratings which is all the committee really seeks at this point, I can see them knocking Clemson back a spot if they don't dominate Washington state today. Just so they can knock the ACC out and give the viewers the Saban/ Meyer matchup they desire

Clemson is in if they win.

Miami loses to ND and the fans on here consistently talk smack about teams that are doing better than them. A healthy UF D would destroy the Miami O because the OL is horrendous. It's hard to beat big physical teams when your primary weakness is your OL and a QB who can't move.
