How Many Cane D Starters start at VT?

Who knows. They could be entirely different players being coached up by Beamer/Foster

The loss still hurts a ton and is very very disappointing but this questions brings up a good point.

Howard Perryman and maybe a healthy Bush. That's it.

Still the loss and the way we lost in unacceptable and I am 100% behind golden. But I'm done with D cord.
 
It's impossible to tell because the main reason our guys don't look good is because they're being asked to do things they don't do well. They seem lost and confused out there, and that makes you look slow and inept.

I know this: Flubberneck cried like a baby when we took Jawand Blue from him. And Blue can't even make our 3 deep.

As mentioned, it's not the talent, Foster just so happens to be one of the best in the business.
VT has the uncanny ability to keep assistants forever, that's got to be the reason they're so resilient as a team.

And it's hard to say who would start because VT runs a different system. Who's to say that some of our players wouldn't look better in foster's defense?

Foster could take his guys and beat ours then take ours and beat his. It's really that simple.

Anyone who thinks Vag Tech is recruiting from the same talent pool that UM is recruiting is a simpleton. They have taken lesser talent and made them better players than our guys. Isn't that the epitome of what good coaching is?
 
Really hard to tell but Maddy and Hopkins are clearly better than anything Miami has at defensive tackle. James Gayle is explosive as a weakside end. He starts.

No, but they recruit kids who can play within their system. They also do what Miami used to do which was to take a kid who played safety in high school and make them an outside linebackers for example. That's what Beamer did with both Van Dyke kids coming out of South County. Both are out for the season.
 
I wanted to respond, but half of our 'starters' dont even actually start on our team, so kind of hard to project them on VTs...
