On one hand, they beat Kansas. On the other, they beat Louisiana-Lafayette by only 3 today.

In spite of what happened against FGCU, this is a winnable game. We're going to have to play a very good (I won't say near perfect) game, but this isn't 1991 UNLV we're playing.

This is the bottom line. Play like we did against Detroit and we have a good chance. Just really need to take care of the ball and shoot at a high percentage.

Refs were on our side against Detroit ... Be nice to get that home cooking again, but if this is on tv, I doubt it.

We got a fighting chance, though, and that's all you can ask for. A sold out gym would give the team the energy it needs to get off to a fast start against Sparty, I just hope it's not empty like most of our ACC games not named Duke/UNC/FSU.

True, its gonna be very very tough though. If we dont have 85 percent of the seats filled up for this one we dont deserve to have a basketball progrum.

MSU is a very good team, not top 10 good but pretty close. We will need the AAA game and a rowdy crowd at the BUC for sure. That said beating Duke last year at Cameron nobody though could happen either. This is the best talent we've had since probably the Hamilton days, this is the first true test of how good this team is.
