I'm confused as to why he thinks he will get a waiver. He didnt transfer to be closer to home. He transferred because he couldn't beat out the guy in front if him who is only 1 class ahead of him. So what exactly is his request going to be based upon?

Yea it wont work tho so I hope they have some sort of better reasoning than that. Unfortunately he isnt the only player across the nation who has heard a racial slur thrown at him and again unfortunately wont be the last.
