After watching that game today how is it that we are trying to flip one guy and just now trying to go after one more. From I saw today we ate slow and FcK at the position and Need AT LEAST three good ones.

I completely agree on 3. I can only guess that they're thinking of moving Finley and Smith down once the 2018 DB class arrives. Still should take 2 regardless.

No excuse to have a guy like Yasir Abdullah going to Louisville.

Somebody mentioned in another thread that our two safety recruits from this year are headed to the LB position when Jobe - Hall and company arrive next year.

Whatever the staff needs to do it needs to happen..the guys we have now are hitters but they are S L O W and the backups leave ALOT to be desired.

Hopefully there’s things going on we don’t know about.Same thing with the QB situation

We should take 3 IMO and that’s Abdullah, Joyner, and Bonnito. Wilder needs more seasoning and I think Steed can be a good player once he gets healthy from the ACL. Good for him to RS this year.

Thread is filled with idiocy. Why the fu$$kk in this day and age do you want 12 lbs on your team? we've got 3 nfl players in their sophomore year. 3 veteran jrs backing them up. 3 studs from 2017 being groomed. At least 5 elite lbs in 2019 in play with 2 committed already. The only sane reason to take 4 lbs now is if you expect massive attrition. Otherwise, it's utterly retarded.

I cannot figure out how you arent taking 2+ every single cycle at that position.

You have to anticipate injury
You have to anticipate redshirt
You have to anticipate departure to the draft
You load your special teams up with line backers
