Houston defensive end commit Alexander Duke told CanesInSight.com on Sunday night that he has been in contact with Miami defensive line coach Craig Kuligowski recently. With Houston coach Tom Herman headed to Texas, Duke's recruitment has taken a twist.

Duke said that he reached out to Kuligowski today and he would visit Miami if offered.

Could be a prospect to track if Miami decides to take another pass rusher.

More importantly how about the Oliver kid who's a DT playing for Houston now? He's a true Frosh and 5 star recruit last year I believe. Why would this cat be sticking around now.

That kid is set. No need for him to leave. Might be a top 10 pick if he could leave THIS year.

Kid has offers from Houston, SMU, Harvard, Purdue, and Kansas. Seems like we could find a local SF kid with similar talent or preferably better talent.

And his brother also plays at Houston.....thus his initial commitment to the Cougars..

Harvard offer? What's the correlation between IQ and sack production?

This kid has offers from Houston, Kansas and Harvard. Based on that list as a judgement of where I stood as a player, if it were me, I'd take the free ride to Harvard.
