Should easily be getting paid what Manny is.

I said it in the Haselwood thread, but if he closes that deal, he needs to be given the chance to call plays, even if it's a situation like what USC has.

he just turned down an offer from his hometown first love to stay here. man, just keep those raises coming and he should be here for a while. also, LOL at UF fans thinking they have a better WR group

With the work this man putting in on the trail on its going to be hard to keep this cat. Already due for another raise.

I think his turning point was when he got JT4 to commit, since then he as been a monster on the trail pretty much sniping every target he wanted.
he might be one of the top wr coaches in college football in regards to coaching and recruiting.

hope hes here for the long haul

I said it once I'll say it again...Dugans and Hartley need to be the lead recruiters of all of our top targets regardless of position. Put Brown in that mix too

Has he said in the past that he would like the opportunity to call plays? Maybe he just likes staying in his lane turning WR's in to the best blockers on the team.

He definitely ain’t going to FSU as long as Taggart is around... Dugans saw the writing on the wall with that bs a mile away and said nah I’m good love enjoy.

Remember he was on his staff at USF, he already knew what's up

Plus Richt recruited him out of HS.

gotta think, if he turned down his home school that the only place he would leave for would be the nfl
Unless Bama comes calling. He'll be given a blank check to write his own salary. They gave coach Kool non-recruiting *** 300K more than what Miami was paying him. Big bank takes little bank.

We got plenty of young guys with little experience who dont make much on staff. Pay this guy his market worth
