Speaking only as a LB...
Hood almost certainly has the lower floor based on his production, instincts for the position, and polish playing the position.
Chase probably has the higher ceiling based on his crazy athletic profile and the fact he has more room to grow technically (because he's asked to do so much at other positions on the field).
But people sleep on Hood's athleticism and forget he also ran track and was a state qualifier as a wrestler. Wrestling for LBs is a great second sport.
Pretty close call IMO, but if we are talking strictly as a LB prospect, I give the edge to Hood. Chase's versatility probably makes him the better overall prospect, though.
