Woodland Hills and the NFL
Woodland Hills had five former players on NFL rosters on opening day, which ties for the second most of any high school in the country.
Steve Breaston (Kansas City Chiefs), Rob Gronkowski (New England Patriots), Ryan Mundy (Steelers), Lousaka Polite (Atlanta Falcons) and Shawntae Spencer (Oakland Raiders) are the five Woodland Hills graduates in the NFL. St. Thomas Aquinas in Florida had the most with nine, while Pahokee of Florida and Stephenson in Georgia also had five.
An interesting little blurb from the Pittsburgh Post Gazette. Obviously, its focus is on the Woodland Hills kids, but you have the mention of the others at the top, including 2 schools from South Florida.
