Should make an effort to keep their players away from twitter
and Facebook. College coaches do. With the fragile psyche of
kids these days and their inability to differentiate fans from frauds,
schools recruiting classes can be easily sabotaged by anonymous
douchebags.

These shady antics aren't helping our fragile class, which has
already had 3 defections and can prove to be more devastating
to a university that doesn't have a powerhouse's legs to stand on.

Don't know if this issue will ever go away.

No. I encourage twitter and facebook. It shows the real colors out there, because it is so easy to send a message when you have the illusion you are hidden behind a computer screen. It can also show what a fan base is really like. Not that 1 person should be the example of many.
