We more than likely will be top 4 going into Louisville. Maybe even top 3 if Texas loses to OU in their rivalry game.

We have a bye this week... We'll move up at minimum one spot this weekend since Oregon/OSU are playing each other.

But, who cares if we're ranked 6th or 3rd... Doesn't matter or change who the team is.

Team needs to get the secondary to play more disciplined.

Other than that, this is a top 5 team no doubt.

Yeah, you’re right. I edited my comment. Forgot we had the bye this week

Ranking mean nothing at this point. We are top 10 which is all you need to be in the playoff. 1-0 is all we should care about bc they ranking is already there and will take care of itself.

You guys need to prepare...because if there is anyone who can lose in the bye week with regards to a meaningless poll its Miami.

Alabama and Tennessee win by 3-4 TD's over USCe or UF they will jump us. "Impressive wins in conference.

Get rested....get ready for Louisville. Go 1-0 next week

LOL no offense, sir. There's plenty of useless **** on this board, for sure. Much of it generated by me. I'm just saying, our goal is to win the ACC and get a Top 4 seed. Our ranking in the AP poll is genuinely meaningless at this point. It's cool to have a nice number next to our name, but that's about it. I'd honestly rather us be lower. The higher the number, the higher concentration of rat poison in the water.

That is why it is labeled as sunshine and optimism rather than truly meaningful.
I get tired of all the negativity and strange posts in this forum and just want something positive to talk about. This team has its flaws and yes rankings do not mean anything in a season of 12 team playoffs but who cares. Things are looking good and we have a team that is competing and is fighting.

It does not feel like 2017 when we were ranked high and were truly fool's gold.

I’m with you here

To me I figured I would start looking at things a bit more seriously after Louisville. So many potential pitfalls along the way from game 1 to that one
