Don't diagnose. Remember when Jelani Hamilton had a torn ACL 10 minutes after it was reported he was injured and that turned out to be garbage? Herb might have separated his shoulder, but that injury generally doesn't happen without getting hit or hitting the ground. Neither of those two happened to Waters.
