Mario & staff have decided they want the to pull key OL/DL/TE recruits (aka the big uglies) from Great Lakes/Midwest area. This puts them in direct conflict with national champion Michigan. Until today, Mario essentially got whoever he wanted from Michigan under the old staff (Harbaugh). Looks like recruiting will be much more competitive and like any trench warfare, things could get very personal and very ugly.
