Have we had a game without a crushing personal foul?

Not sure if I can recall a single Canes game in a decade that we didn't commit a personal foul at a highly inopportune time that put our backs against the wall and made me want to throw my shoe thru the tv. Can golden rid the program of this lack of discipline?

The late hit was probably right

But the first "blow" to the head was bull****

While I understand the OP's concern/question, I am more upset by dumb penalties like offsides, false starts, motion, too many men on the field, etc.

If they made that call against the Canes then they should have made the same call against BC when they layed a hit across Morris's face mask right after he made a throw.

I remember seeing that blow on Morris, thinking it should have been a flag. But then I made the assumption that the officiating crew wasn't going to call that type of contact in this game.

Then in the 2nd half the Canes do exactly the same thing and get a flag for unnecessary roughness. Go figure.
