Grades Question?

I'm not familiar with the Florida School system but if these kids grades are that bad, how are they playing sports. I can see them needing a passing ACT score to get into Miami, but not to maintain a C average. An I missing something here or does Miami require these kids to have a specific GPA?

The NCAA requires Core classes on its GPA requirements. A lot of these high schools are ******** the kids over having them take bullsh*t classes to remain eligible in HS but those classes dont count towards your core GPA
