Grace's play last night?

He seemed aggressive though and the only positive from the stands at least, seemed to be our run D

Like the rest of the D. Not put in a position to succeed.

Him and Carter got there first real burn of the year though

I thought Grace and Carter looked athletic last night but slow on diagnosing the plays which is to be expected in their first meaning game of experience. However, the big takeaway is that I really did not notice them unlike Highsmith, Cornelius, Gaines and others who I would scream at the TV all season long for getting beat or failing to make plays.

I was just happy he played. I was so ****ed I didn't really notice anyone, but there was one play where he tried to tackle Bridgewater, and he got juked and ended up sitting down at midfield. It was kind of funny.

Grace is the one who got trucked on the screen pass TD.

This scheme is so fvckin weak.
Why was the dude 50 yards off the LOS?

Only bright spot was to see more Grace, carter, and McCord. They weren't exceptional but at least they got some experience.

I guess it's just me, but he didn't look good and he didn't look athletic to me. He's definitely not ready yet.

How did he look? Just like everyone looks on our defense, like crap. It's hard to evaluate guys under these coaches in this scheme, the defense is so bad everyone looks horrible, regardless of their actual skill level.

Great to see 5 on something other than special teams. Did notice him on a blitz where off. tackle stepped out and engulfed him.

grace and carter were a little lost but never gave up on plays. had fire and heart at least.

Agreed. Bridgewater just picked us apart. **** we got beat by the same middle screen pass about 20 times. That's scheme.

gaines got beat across middle more than anyone. he is pathetic. i think grace and figs will develop into much better players.

Even if played like crap, still better than seeing 31 or 30 chasing someone and always missing,
