I just don't see the guy making here. This isn't Temple. The media pressure is already getting to him and I don't think he has a clue how to fix this thing other the bring in elite talent. The problem is that he is 2-3 years away from compiling the kind of talent that can overcome his conservative tendencies and inability to make game day adjustments.

I think Golden will eventually go back to the Big 10 where he belongs.

That being said....I predict Mario Cristobal will be the next head coach of Miami.....maybe as early as 2015. He would be able to immediately assemble a staff that could set the CFB world on fire!

Imagine....

HC/TE Mario Cristobal
OC James Coley
QB/Assistant OC Ken Dorsey (keeps the seat warm for when Coley Leaves)
OL Mike Sullivan (With Cleveland Browns)
WR Matt Lubick (Steal him from Oregon)
DC Greg Brown (Currently at Bama as DB coach)
LB Vernon Hargraves (Bring him back from the dead at USF)
DL Kevin Patrick (At USF)
DB Mike Rumph (Head coach at American Heritage)
RB Hurlie Brown (best coach on our staff right now!!)
Mike Barrow - Head of player personnel.

The punt on 4th and 2 late in the 4th with us trailing and not been able to stop Duke should have convinced everyone he's too soft/conservative to be a bigtime headcoach at a bigtime school.
