****, these two have a lot in common

1. Neither received Miami offer
2. Both have gone off to have very successful careers(yeah freeman is third string, but he's very productive)
3. They both come home and get their revenge to score 2 td a piece

Unbelievable...and people wonder why we can't run the ball

LESSON LEARNED:
We must keep Collins, get Sony, cook, and Scarlett.

In Shannon's defense Freeman kind of flew under the radar, but we should have gone in hard on him after his senior season. We can't run the ball because the OL has struggled to get push.

Freeman didn't have an offer until Golden came in.

Barrow was itching to give the kid one, but for some reason Shannon refused to recruit Central kids.

I don't think Bernard was very interested in us.

I think that's more of an offensive line and Jedd Fisch issue, than a running back issue.

Freeman hit the hole quicker than anybody else on the field. IT was very noticeable -- seemed like he was 2 yards into the line before our guys could even react.

I can do without Freeman. He looks good but he is not on Gio's level. We picked Clements and Storm over Gio, SMH.

The backs we have are pretty **** good. The reason we can't run the ball is not because of the lack of talent in the backfield.

He cant fly under the radar in your own backyard. Its your job as a Miami coach to notice and offer scholarships to local talent before anyone else in the country. That is the ONLY way you will lockdown your backyard.

Not to mention, he was backing up Brandon Gainer who we were recruiting the year before.

We didnt pick them over Gio... gio didn't want to come here... The kid chose UNC... If he wanted to stay home he could have went to UF and FSU... He was clearly the best back in the state... No one overlooked Freeman... At the time we thought we were stacked at running back with Miller and James, then Storm, Clements and Hall... We also had duke committed for 2011... I guess the staff(Shannon) assumed we had other priorities at that time... Too be fair Freemen is talented but he isn't close to be on the same level as Gio... Gio would start for anyone... He would not be a 3rd or 4th string back....

We're arguing over a 3rd/4th string back... If he was here he'll be 3rd string as well...

i bet if we picked up Gio or freeman, then Eduardo will be at FSU tearing us up.

our poor D line and tackling made them look amazing.

True. Not gonna lie I wanted Clements here. It should have been a duo of Gio and Clements, not Storm and Clements. We should never leave South Florida for a RB.

I didn't have a problem with taking Storm...I hear you on the South Florida thing but sometimes you make an exception if the guy is good enough (like Cleveland Gary or Clinton Portis). Storm was talented enough, his problem was between his ears.
