Dang that sucks...I guess he still wants to throw up the U...even it aint the Originator...
 
To bad he didn't stick around but he'll have a better chance getting PT at Utah. Get on board or GTFO. Best of luck to him tho. Not hating on the kid but you got to have the right attitude to play for Golden.
 
Sucks that he left. I had a class with him and Larry Hope. The kid was funny as **** and was asleep 90% of the time in class. Didn't even try to hide it, second row.

Lol, he's a good kid I got to know pretty well during the second semester. He is definitely a funny guy. Hope it works out for him

He played with cement shoes on. Zero lateral mobility. When Golson walked by him a couple times like he was rooted to the ground I knew he was never going to succeed here. You can't play that position at a high level and get abused by a decent running QB where he makes you look athletically helpless.

P.S. for the guys axing why he left I'm pretty sure it wasn't his choice.
 
He was a Miami kid for life, first pledged to ASU because he loves ERRRRickson before UM flipped him. Now at UT because ERRRRickson is new co-offensive coordinator and dropped a dime on him when he left UM.

UT ESPN affiliate saying he balled out 1st day of camp and will start if UM gets probation (USC probation transfer rules). They are cheering on the NCAA.

I think he will play better in a 4-3, too much thinking in Dorito scheme for him.

Not sure how it works since he transferred before any sanctions, but we'd have to get at least two more years of bowl bans for him to be eligable right away.
 
I do not disagree BigAl. The fact is I don't have a clue. I'm just reporting what I heard. The jackass ESPN guy here is singing that all UM needs is probation and Paul can play right now. And it would not surprise me a lick if the local ESPN hack was completely wrong. He is trrrble.
