sore losers and crybabies the lot of em.

"Wahhh we beat ourselves!!!!"

Ummm no you didn't. You went one on one with the Canes and LOST fair and square. Yeah your ****** QB threw awful picks, but those other TOs were forced by the cane defense.

"Wahhhh but we dominated all statistical categories!!!!"

and what did that get you? A giant '1' in the loss column ph@ggotz. Your mighty defense was torched by Waters and Dorsett early on, but when it mattered the most, in the 4th.....you couldn't keep us out of the endzone. You see...WE BEAT YOUR ***.

The best part about this win is that they will have to live with this defeat against the program they have always envied for 2 weeks while we bask in the Glory of Victory.

Couldn't have happened to a better bunch than da GATA. Bragging rights Forever!

I think this demonstrates how delusional any group of fans can become. For those of us who where big Miami fans even prior to Schnellenberger's hire, when we started knocking off this "Team of the Century" and that "Team of the Century," we were upstarts who just got lucky.

But in no time, the nation became believers, and other teams wanted to avoid playing Miami, The Giant Killers. It got so bad, that we crushed the confidence of the mighty Notre Dame, and of course the Gators - they never wanted to see Miami again.

We're a long way from that point, but we just took down our first beast.

Subsequent beasts will fall as we now have the confidence - for the first time in several years - that we CAN tough it out against some of the best. Like the old adage, "the first million is the hardest, but the others come easy?"

Slaying that first Beast is the hardest, but the others will start to fall, as we gain confidence and hone our Beast slaying skills.

They dominated the total yards stat, but lets not act like they were moving downfield 10 yards at a time. Over a 120 rushing yards, but just 2.8 YPC. They were forced to throw it and we saw what happened there.

Fortunately in football, the only stat that matters is the one that reads "Score." They lost in the statistical category 21-16. It sucks to suck

actually, they have to live with this for the foreseeable future, given that they won't play UM in the regular season again.

Canes I'm not flaming, but why do we continue to post what we already know about the gators? Is it really news that they are arrogant delusional cry babies? I mean were they different in the 90s or the 80s or even the 70s? Do we honestly expect them to see themselves as they are (as an inferior football program to UM and an inferior academic institution)? Clearly the answer is no. They are 1 in 8 against us since 1987. We own the most victories in the series. We have the most national championships. We have the most significant contributors in the NFL. They have TWO players in the Pro Football Hall of Fame; we have SIX with Lewis, Reed, and Reggie Wayne as excellent future candidates. The only place those hillbillies lead us is in arrests. So have fun with them, but don't expect rational or honest discussion from them.

Just imagine how it feels to be them. You have this sense of superiority that you know and the numbers prove is false. Less titles, less wins in the series, and your AD has eliminated the possibility for you to ever be able to do anything about it. You have to now come to grips that a tiny private school is better than you in ever measurable category.:nelsonhaha:

They lost because they recruited and developed a bunch of CFL rejects on offense. The end. Don't know why these dunderheads can't accept that.

" I think if we played you guys 10 times we would win 9/10 times."

Here is another tired old line I am hearing up here in Turdville

Not all the preparation H in the world can ease the butt-hurt up here.
