Who starts game 3 for us? I've heard Sosa is injured but then Sosa made the trip. Haven't heard anything definitive.

Was wondering same with us using Garcia tonight. Only way we would do that is if we're confident Sosa is healthy. If we get past next game Suarez would be available.

Maybe Suarez? He didn't even throw 4 innings the other night, only threw about 70 pitches. I think 3 days is enough rest for 70 pitches. I'm sure Morris and Andrew will discuss this tomorrow if he is comfortable throwing again.

If we play Florida again you have to worry a little about Suarez's psyche, if he does indeed pitch. Florida is beatable and their bats aren't as good as people make them out to be. UVA is shutting them out through 8 so far tonight.

Florida's bats are 100% as good as people have made them out to be. Waddell threw a great game and kept UF off balance.

I assume UF will throw Faedo or Dunning against us. I guess Sosa is starting for us. UF has so much pitching that

Agree to disagree, I don't think UF's lineup is as dangerous as you think they are. Their 2010-2012 lineups HAD WAY MORE talent than this current gator lineup. Even against us the other night EVERYTHING went their way. Miami committed errors, walked guys that shouldn't have been walked, infield out of position for multiple rbi singles. Especially in this ballpark they are not the most dangerous hitting team, by any means. Good pitching can shut them down, as evidenced by 2 hits for them tonight.

I think they will probably start Faedo on Wednesday. He is a true freshman and more than hittable. Has solid stuff but if our bats actually show up for once in the postseason Miami can have success against that guy. Yeah Florida is very deep in the bullpen but if Miami can jump out to a lead and actually get hits with runners in scoring position, we can negate that strength for Florida.

My concern with Suarez isn't confidence or rest, but that the Gators just saw him three nights ago, and got plenty of good looks at him. I think I go in another direction (probably Sosa) just because they are familiar with Suarez, and his delivery will still be fresh on their minds.

More importantly, it time for the @$#&&^^%%!!! bats to wake up!!! Seriously, we are overdue to pile on some runs. And if we get past UF, I think we knock off UVA.

Its all arms on deck as there is no tomorrow if we lose but if we get a pitcher who gets in rhythm don't pull him unless he struggles

Suarez is not starting on 3 days rest. It will be wither Garcia or maybe Beauprez. I doubt highly Sosa will pitch the rest of the season. I guess we will find out soon. I thought our biggest weakness was starting pitcher afer Suarez and Woodrey. We need to score some runs tomorrow or we will be going home.

Florida's bats are legitimate, but Waddell threw a helluva game. Great job keeping the Gators off balance. The difference was the Virginia defense, particularly infield play. There were a number of well hit balls that they fielded cleanly and made all the plays throughout the game.

Sosa on Wednesday. Suarez on Friday and then Beaupreaux and Danny Garcia on Saturday.

If Sosa is unavailable, then you go with Beaupreaux on Wednesday, Suarez on Friday and Danny on Saturday. If we beat UVA on Friday, UVA is going to be quite tense on Saturday....

Woodrey would be able to go again Saturday.
