Game 15: 3/7/25 UCONN 7-2 L (11-4)

Former Cane JT Caruso with 1/3 of an inning for them.

Dont let their record or stats fool you this team is very good. They have played no cream puffs. This is both teams conference tune up. Should be played like an ACC weekend with line ups, arms, situations, etc.
Yeah this team is very good they have to load up their schedule, because their conference is not very good to say the least.

Bizarrely Torres actually leads the team in walks with 11, So that would really be the only justification for starting him over Peralta at this point. Galvin has only struck out twice.

Penders is an excellent coach. UConn will play hard and compete. I don’t think their pitching is what it has been in years past but it’s baseball so Miami has to go out and be aggressive from the get go.
